Mission Statement
The CBC Lacrosse Club is dedicated to organizing, developing and promoting the sport of lacrosse. The club seeks to honor the game by instilling Lasallian values of scholastic achievement, sportsmanship, and teamwork while fielding competitive lacrosse teams throughout the program.
7th & 8th Grade team members are expected to:
1. Strive to achieve sound citizenship and desirable social traits, including: emotional
control, honesty, cooperation, dependability, and respect for others and
their abilities.
2. Show respect for both authority and property.
3. Make only positive remarks about the coach, the sponsor, and other club members.
4. Exercise self-control at all time, accepting decisions and abiding by them.
5. Know, understand, and appreciate the rules of the contest.
6. Respect the official’s judgment and interpretation of the rules. Never argue or make
gestures indicating a dislike for a decision.
7. Accept both victory and defeat with pride and compassion, never being boastful or bitter.
8. Accept seriously the responsibility and privilege of representing the team.
9. Realize that behavior, language, and appearance reflect not only on the individual, but
other club members and CBC, as well.
